Do you ship overseas?

Currently I only deliver to addresses in the UK. We offer free delivery in the UK and there is no minimum order value.
How long does it take to send an item out?

I aim to send pieces out as soon as possible (within a few days) but this does depend on whether the piece is in stock or not. Many of my larger pieces are made to order. Please contact me if you are needing an item for a specific date and I will let you know if this is possible.
I’m planning to give one of your pieces as a present. Can the recipient change it if they don’t like it?

With the exception of earrings and any made-to-order pieces, any item that has been ordered from this website can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Please see our returns policy here.
Do you repair jewellery?

No, this is not a service I currently offer.
Do you accept commissions?

I don’t currently offer commissions.
Is your jewellery Hallmarked?

All of my pieces of jewellery, including catches and findings, are made from sterling or fine silver. To comply with regulations regarding the sale of precious jewellery, any item in this collection that weighs over 7.78g will be hallmarked. Items that meet this criteria will be indicated as such in the product listing. 

Hallmarked items usually contain three marks; a maker’s mark, a metal or purity mark and a mark that denotes the assay office where the item was verified. Please be aware that hallmarking does add time to the production process.
